Fran's Fish & Chips - Kingston

Admittedly, I've only ever had poutine here, but gosh darn it, it's delicious! Very generous with curds and gravy but not overwhelming, high quality fries.

I've been going here occasionally since I was really young and I can honestly say that their poutine is the most genuine in the city.

Decent fish and fries. Close to 401 for a lunch stop between Ottawa and Toronto. Seems to close early though.

Went here last weekend and was not disappointed! We all got the haddock and it it was perfectly crunchy on the outside and flaky on the inside! The service was also really fast. Would definitely go here again for my next fish fix. They have limited sitting space, so if you're more than 2 people, I would recommend picking it up and eating at home. I noticed they also deliver through justeat.

You Don't get much for the price you pay! No flavour in the Halibut at all! No Coleslaw as well. Pretty skimpy on the lemon piece you get.
