Kfc - Marion

The food was really good.customer service wasn't great but they actually got the order correct which was a miracle idk what's going on with these fast food restaurants but 90% of the time they mess up on your order they always do here this visit wasactually correct

I went through the drive through at 5:45pm and ordered 2 Regular Mac n cheese bowls, 1 spicy Mac n cheese bowl, 2 biscuits one famous bowl. 4 people are just standing around talking, but yet my order is still wrong?! I got 4 famous bowls no biscuits.It?s really not that hard to get an order right if all you are doing is standing around and talking.

They were out of everything except extra crispy and only a few of those. We had to wait 20 minutes for the original recipe chicken. They had four people in line behind us , left when they heard that. We waited. The floors were dirty in the dinningroom, chicken that was crumbled all over the floor, 9 dirty tables, I had to use the bathroom, the battery for the smokedetector was chirping, the floors and toilets were l dirty, paper every where. Sinks were dirty. There were 5 employees workingone Girl taking orders, one girl on a computer, a manager, and 2 people filling orders. They were all just kind of standingaround. The manager must have been back cooking the chicken. People In the drive thru were leaving when they heard there wasonly extra crispy left. There were 2 people behind me there to pick up orders and they had no chicken. The manager told them itwould be about 20 minutes , and they both got mad. The one guy said that is why he called it in, so he wouldn't have to wait.The manager apologized and offered them drinks while they waited, and that guys said no...I don't want one! There needs to be anadult working there to manage the employees standing around . Someone needed to get these employees to clean , sweep, and dosomething besides stand around looking at each other. There was a lot of cleaning they should have been doing, especially sincethey didn't have chicken to fill orders. We waited about 20 minutes for our order , just a 4 pc. dinner and the others thatcalled in , had small orders, not like it was buckets of chicken...and the other guy had a 3 pc. Dinner. They all waited 20minutes for their food too. When you have a business and only have kids working ...this will ruin a business. If you don't dosomething soon you will loose all your business. I go to this KFC regularly. But if things don't improve, I won't be going back!

My order was wrong with pieces asked for, chicken cold tasted old. Waste of money on 2pc combos...lost appetite and threw chicken out. I ate mash potatoes and biscuit. Friendly, fast service. Husband said his chicken was cold also hard.

Food was good, until looking down on the ground and there is a dead cockroach and dead flies under the table next to me and my friends. We sat outside and watched one of the workers come out with a bag of trash and walk back in with the same gloves on.Disgusting place.
