Contribuer aux commentairesI don't know how to harm this food, the flavors are so diverse and the food cooked for perfection. I took a photo of my head, but it could never be fair. Oh and do not forget the service of some of the most professional waiters in Monaco. Well done!
Not a fan of Ducasse, but I must admit that this restaurant is a great place for lunch. There is a decent selection of carefully seasoned mezzas, a few, mainly herbal appetizers, followed by some fish and meat dishes (arm, no beef). The taste and flavors were excellent, although the skin on the tap should be crowns IMHO. The Jus were fantastic, an intense aromatic reduction that was not excessively salty. The calfs for the Vitello Tonnato was a beautiful view on the pink side (and much better than the dry stuff they tend to serve in Italy). The restaurant itself is a spacious (for southern European standards) room divided into two areas. There is also a terrace. However, as regards this place, the staff is: friendly, humble people with a sense of humor in addition to their competence, or, as regards the sommelier, passion for their work. Dress code is long pants (Jeans are fine), closed shoes and a shirt (short sleeve is fine, but no teas).
Service aux petits soins, cuisine qui fait voyager, bref, tout bon.
Passing through the lobby of the Hotel de Paris, you can reach this restaurant where the interior room is not exactly highlighted, better the terrace overlooking the street and promenade. The real sore note, however, lies in the menu and in the prices: no option has satisfied me despite everything had a highly exaggerated price... table for 4 people and the 7 halfes were from 3 pieces each and in addition it was really unlikely to find a tunaed calf . 48€ for some shrimps of Sanremo and to find 3 shrimp squeezed with under the cous cous is a serious insult of cuisine and reasonable price! I think this is not exactly the good way to succeed, with lower costs and consons you can afford sumptuous dinners in many other real-class restaurants in the area,Omer is a pure waste of money!
Restaurant is closed permanently, said the hotel staff.
