The work area is frequently quite dirty—there was even a time when it looked like a food fight had occurred! The customer area is often messy, with debris scattered everywhere, and the food presentation leaves much to be desired. On my recent visit, I ordered a Triple Truffle Blizzard; the vanilla and chocolate ice cream wasn't well mixed, and the candy pieces were stuck at the bottom. Typically, I avoid this place altogether, but I made the mistake of stopping by again recently and once again left feeling unimpressed and dissatisfied.
Wow, have they turned things around for the better! I always use the drive through and in the last 6 months haven't had my order incorrect. The food is hot. Ice cream and drinks cold. The service is prompt. Way to go!
The portions of candy in the Blizzard are quite meager. Additionally, during my visit to the drive-thru, the staff member made an unpleasant remark after I mentioned that my Blizzard was lacking candy. It seems that respect is hard to come by these days.
I felt very uncomfortable due to the service I received. The staff member, a man named Aaron, came across as quite creepy and did not respect personal boundaries. While I was in line, I noticed that other customers also seemed uneasy around him. Unfortunately, the negative experience didn’t end there; my food was disappointing as well. I ordered a chicken sandwich, which had soggy bread and an excessive amount of mayonnaise, despite my request for none. I also ordered a blizzard, but the ice cream was more like liquid. I wouldn't recommend this place.
I ordered two 4-piece strip baskets with gravy and an extra gravy on the side. Unfortunately, all three containers of gravy were only filled halfway. I also requested two raspberry teas but instead received a root beer and a diet coke.
