However, this place can be a bit inconsistent; we've experienced both fantastic food and service, as well as mediocre quality and slow service, even when it's not busy. There have also been a few times when we arrived only to find it closed. Be aware that the building is in poor condition and definitely needs a complete renovation. Nevertheless, if you don't pay too much attention to the details, this spot can still hit the spot when you're hungry for Mexican food!
