yes will not be the type that repaired eating. rude af. learn the customer service and if they don't want to give up their job. that's easy.

Ordered delivery off their website for delivery one and a half hours ahead of time, and the food arrived 40 minutes late. It ended up arriving long after my lunch break, and I couldn't be more disappointed.By the time it arrived, the food was lukewarm and and a giant soggy mess. It wasn't really the driver or the food prep's fault for the issue, but the coordination at this location must seriously be disorganized.The only reason why I'm giving two stars is because the food that arrived was fairly tasty for being a lukewarm mess.

We've been coming here for a decade and just prefer the flavors of its meats and sauces to Chipotle or its other competitors.

Love Qdoba, but I will not eat here again, management needs replaced, poor service, food quality has declined, not the same...sad, as last 2 locations I visited were closed due to not having adequate management or employees available to run the business...I wouldn't be surprised if they won't be around in 5 more years.

Frequent this location almost weekly. Wife loves Qdoba but is sad that they do not have the chopped raw onion selection anymore. Queso diablo is the best! We usually get bowls, the kid gets tacos. The burritos and quesadillas are awesome too! Love the selection of all the different toppings and meat. Wish they had one closer in the mckinney/prosper/frisco area we would be there multiple times a week. Have been going here for about 10 years and the food and experience is very consistent. I've seen staff change over the years, current staff is ok, not super friendly or talkative but that's fine with me, they get the job done in a timely and professional manner. Serving area is always clean. Tables, chairs, and booths are well taken care of in a timely manner. Drink machine is always stocked with all the selections. Lids, straws, and cutlery are always stocked and readly available. Would recommend to anyone wanting great tasting Mexican food. Once again would love to see an establishment like this closer to us in the Mckinney/Prosper area.
