Casey's - Portageville

This is one of the few gas stations in the state that currently offers diesel fuel for passenger vehicles. It seems like many other gas stations with passenger diesel fuel are either closed or their diesel pumps are out of order.

My boyfriend placed an order for food at 5p.m. and was told it would be ready for pickup in 25 minutes. I allowed for extra time, so it was now 5:30. However, the food was still not ready. They then said it would take another 15 minutes. When my boyfriend went to pick it up at 6p.m., the food was still not done. No solution was offered, just another 15-minute wait. I am a mechanic and know that making pizzas is not difficult. There is no excuse for making customers wait like this. Improve your service.
