Island Prime - San Andreas

The food was great, atmosphere was great, but my server was terrible! I guess her name was Sean. Not sure how it’s spelled, but she did not give even a smile. She was rude and acted very uppity. I wouldn’t even leave her my bill. I gave it to somebody else because I wanted them to know how nasty she was! I had to order my food to go because I couldn’t stand another minute of her attitude!!

The food was fantastic. Definitely get the bone in ribeye. Beautiful location right by the bay.

Very disappointing! This restaurant was my favorite restaurant, not much anymore, especially being it was my birthday dinner. The front was very pleasant and welcoming. However as for our dinner... I ordered the halibut local catch, the flavor was delicious however it was a cold plate, after ordering, the plates came to the table in a matter of just minutes in what seems like the restaurant was at full capacity. Which only makes us imagine that plates were just sitting around waiting for someone to order it. My husband ordered a swordfish, never have we seen such a thin cut swordfish, very dry, flavorless and simple, he took a couple of bites, did not finish it, we took it home but threw it away deciding no on would ever eat it. Everything was rushed, servers seemed robotic, did not ask how we're enjoying our meals. The complementary birthday dessert was for us chocolaty sweet as we are use to French cakes.The time before we had dinner the steaks we ordered was underdone, we're not complainers and wanted to give my favorite restaurant another try. I can't give it a five star, blah experience.
