Every time I look for a Starbucks, it never fails. I picked the first one. Don’t pay attention to the reviews go in there and have a big blowup with someone where is Customer service the gentleman that was helping me I asked five different times to speak up because I couldn’t hear him. I said what three times in a row and then when the other barista was supposed manager that said she’s the manager at the time Started screaming at me and it didn’t stop there. I asked for a refund it literally took me five minutes to get a refund. I do not recommend this Starbucks.Rude girl, and the boy you couldn’t hear him speak
Starbucks associates at this Safeway store are little bit rude. Starbucks need to bring some changes here. Add more associate to speed up the process. One order can take up to15 minutes sometime, because you have to wait until one order is completed by the available associate.
I waited in line for the attendant to finish making her 1st customers drinksWhen it was finally my turn she asked what I wanted then said her blender was down... OMG would a simple sign work or if you know a major item is broken let me know so I didn't have to wait .. disappointed jaw dropped I only order one type of drink Wow
Came in at 5:45am the door was close, everyone was waiting very disappointing.
