Well it's great to have a seat and enjoy my coffee at this Springfield Dunkin, but I really wish they would change the CNN channel . I'd rather have them put on a relaxing music cable channel and feel comfortable ..
I read others posts about Sheila, she is crazy and always angry and upset towards their customers. This brings down other good staffs who work around and trying to do better. Wondering managements hasn't taken any action against her.
The manager, Sheila, is acting unreasonably. I've witnessed her getting into arguments with customers before, and today, unfortunately, it involved me. My 3-year-old son was trying to choose between donuts, and she seemed frustrated. She handed me coffee that wasn't hot, likely from an old batch. When I asked for a fresh one, she yelled at me. It was very rude. Since coffee from an old batch tends to be cold, I left the coffee there and exited. She didn't show any remorse or offer a replacement. Eventually, I got a new one from a different Dunkin' Donuts.
The cleanest and coziest Dunkin around with a large sitting area off to the side.
