Slow slow slow service. And the doors always locked. They don’t let you inside so the drive through is the only option and it will take you literally 20 to 30 minutes before you get your food.

Horrible customer service. No utensils stocked, backed up on orders. Soda machine was out mentioned it to the what looks like a inspector, said he would mention it to the manager. Did nothing crazy how their not being called out on basic restaurant etiquette.

One of the worse KFCs I have been in. The lady that took my order was having another conversation with someone in her earbud. I repeated my order 4 times and she still got it wrong. That lady and another that appeared to be a manager of sorts sat down in the restaurant and had a loud gossipy conversation about someone. Lots of cursing... next time I would keep on driving.

Me and my family went thru the drive thru and the lady that took the oder was very rud and disrespectful I will never go there to eat again

Every time i go to a fast food place I always like to go in to order because if I try to go through the drive thru then I can’t see the menu, but 98% of the time that I’ve tried to go inside they ALWAYS have the door locked!!!! It doesn’t matter what time of day it is they always have the door locked. Today I tried to go in and of course the door was locked so I turned around and went to get back to the car a worker came to the door. I thought she was there to unlock it so I got back out and went up there but no she was letting other customers out and then she shut and locked it and yelled to me through the glass that they are closed. WHAT FAST FOOD PLACE IS CLOSED AT 2:30 ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON?!?! They really need to get their stuff straight and stop being lazy!!!
