Thought I would have a drink and just relax I get to the bottom and check out my line pull it out and it's disgusting! I set it out on the napkin call the barte... Not going to go here again did not relax me definitely my drink tasted old. I'm very disappointed

Worst ever!! I submitted an order online and then called an hour later to be told my order was never received. Woman who answered the phone was VERY rude and ha... Lire plus Worst ever!! Woman who answered the phone was VERY rude and hateful and laughed when I was concerned my credit card had already been charged. Said she would have manager call me and asked for my name but interrupted when I tried to spell my name and then raised her voice. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, but I will say that the manager just called back and offered to make the order and take off five bucks. Little consolation for how I was treated, unfortunately its dec 25 and they are the only place open today. I will NEVER call them again!!!!

I have bagels a baker dozen and a four-cheese bagel sandwich on Sunday. the four cheese bag was just one buck cheese on a bagel, I could not even separate the halves because it had melted together. the asiago bagel was tasteless and the cheese made it even worse. the cinnamon rusty and honey-white bagels were stale, we tried to make them softer with something butter and they were still hard and chew. all the bagels were in order, I don't know what happened to this place! we will not be back, great disappointment!
