Our server was efficient and didn't mill around. He was friendly, offered options, and while it wasn't busy on the Sunday afternoon we dined, he was still very proactive in his work. The food was delicious, but just a little heavy on the sauce, filling up the plate of enchiladas. We sat on the patio, which is next to a busy street, but separated by a sidewalk and nice landscaping. It's a market, restaurant, and bakery. There was a bit of a musty smell upon entering the front doors. Not sure if it was just after cleaning though. I rarely give 5 stars and 4 is really high. I did like it here and still will be back.
