It was a huge disappointment. Unfortunalety, a veggie lasagna should be called cheesy, not vegetable and the cheese was the worst quality (unusual in France). T... Lire plus It was a huge disappointment. Unfortunalety, a veggie lasagna should be called cheesy, not vegetable and the cheese was the worst quality (unusual in France). The cassoulet was too greasy and the meat was not as good as in the other restaurant my dad got...to try this local dish in. However, the biggest disaster was a so called Caesar salad! Chinese cabbage was used instead of romaine lettuce, the chicken was breaded, there was red pepper and you could break a tooth on the croutons. over, the dressing was a mixture of mayo and other greasy ingredients that killed all the flavour. Anyone who has even a slightest idea about cooking, knows that it does not have much in common with a real Caesar salad. However, the waiters didn’t see a problem (probably because of an absolute lack od culinary knowledge) and turned our each and every comment into a joke. Stay away! Carcassonne is full of restaurants more worth your money and time.

The duck was actually under cooked, raw, and cold. The manager insisted it was properly...cooked and not only refused to offer another selection but said we had to pay for it as well. He was unimaginably rude, arrogant, and condescending. How a restaurant can remain open and in the hospitality industry with this type of service is truly unbelievable. Save your money.
