My partner wanted a panini and fries as advertised on boards at front of restaurant. Was told this was only available for takeaway. Difficulty ordering. Would not recommend.

It was an accident but she didn’t know how to cancel the order or work the register, pushed the wrong button, and malfunctioned the register leading to the store closing 50 minutes early, 3 customer orders leaving with free coffee(s) after an employee told them to leave, and a long line of customers having to leave and re-route to a different Dunkin Donuts. Cleanliness is poor, and the customer service is very disturbing. I ordered 5 coffees last week, and 2 of them were made completely wrong after I was very clear on what I wanted. I'll give that obvious, but if I pump it all, push the pumps all the way down. let the pumps come all the way up. then push them all down. let them get up again. most of the other stalls in the whole city pump the dralls so fast without letting the pumps come....Your luck, with a total amount of a puump after the demand for the regular four in a big so usually to finish, I will ask for six pumps that I will be happy when I get the regular amount. Crew members are pretty fast and pleasant
