I personally would have preferred a richer tomato base. on the meatballs, but overall very good and generous. the paella must be divided as a main. we asked that the paella be served with the burned rice on the basis of the pan. this aspekt is one of the most important aspects of an authentic paella. the Spanish name for this burned rice is “Socarrat”. Unfortunately, our paella service did not meet this requirement. but the Peruvian cook was apologetic and delivered us a new paella that had much socarrate. many thanks for a great meal.

Nous avons pu manger du "go" food avec un excellent et très tendre pavé de boeuf aubrac. cette fois, nous avons mangé une tarte aux abricots en dessert alors que la dernière fois c'était aux prunes. super idée de changement ! Super équipe très agréable ! un conseil, goûtez la limonade abrac à la myrtille. Toujours une adresse à recommander !
