The service was very poor. The younger waiter tried to save the situation because the manager was very unfriendly and rude. The food was okay...but we were used... The breakfast is really sad and poorly organized. The service staff is visibly overwhelmed in the morning. The discounter sausage platters are permanently empty, as are the cheese platters from the discounter. The butter is floating in a bowl of water. This bowl is clearly not provided with fresh water every day. The reception is 90 percent unstaffed. Nobody answers the bell either. There is no possibility to hand over the room cards. A lady had to pay the breakfast staff the two euros for the water bottle in the room because there was no one at the reception. By the way, it's absolutely sad to charge 2 euros for a water bottle, so it's better to just leave the water out. This does not meet today's standards.
