Really lacking this time. Disappointing! The service was very good and love to sit outside.

The manager checked in on us regularly but we had no complaints. A little on the pricey side but it was delicious and all inclusive, including the tip, so really not that bad in the end.

The service was polite but sub par. Burger was ok. But very unwieldy and came with no condiments. Overall, the restaurant is not worth its prices. It either needs to improve make it more affordable.

Then we had to wait 20 minutes to have the waiter take our order. More than 30 mins after that we had our salad. The bottled water never came not enough wait staff. Our food came after waiting over an hour. 3 of us ordered the fish. It was dry and tasteless. The salad was gross: mixed greens with vinegar (didn 't taste any garlic for the Caeser , tons of anchovy filets, stale huge pieces of dried bread on top. The only thing that was good was the dessert. The biggest waste of three $45 meals we 've ever made

I think that was the problem as I waited a least 15 minutes to get my meal while my table mates were already served and eating. A big plus: I checked in, but the rest of my party got lost and were late by 25 minutes. Bluestem honored my reservation and a had a table for us despite the crowds.
