Un grand tapis roulant avec de la bonne viande (veau, porc, bœuf, poisson) bien séparée pour ceux qui ne mangent pas de porc. Beaucoup de légumes proposés (patate douce, salade, chou...). Il y a aussi une table avec plein d’accompagnements variés et délicieux, plusieurs desserts dans un petit frigo, ainsi qu’une table dédiée aux sauces avec un large choix pour créer la sauce parfaite qui accompagnera vos viandes. Ils proposent également de repartir avec les bouillons ou de remplir des bentos pour manger chez soi. Lors de ma prochaine visite à Lyon, j’y retournerai sans hésiter ! Simplement délicieux !

Very attentive staff, especially regarding cleaning/clearing dishes between courses. Will definitely be back soon.
