2017 Estate Chardonnay
3000 pounds, 24.8 Brix hand picked September 10th, 2017 at Crystal Hill Vineyard. Whole berry de stemmed and gently pressed to minimize tannins and highlight the fruit phenolics. Fermented 3 weeks, bulk aged 11 months filtered at 2 microns. 52 cases
