Overnight soaking of dried beans tends to ferment the beans (amplifying their notorious digestive aftermath).
I'm not ordinarily a bean person, but with this recipe, I'll make the exception.
This is my go-to recipe and I've made it a number of timesI would recommend cutting back on the salt, howeverI've found that 2 tsp of added salt is unnecessary.
