Ein kleiner Nachtrag zum Rezept: Calamares encebollados eignen sich auch sehr gut als Sauce zu Pasta. Zum Beispiel, wenn man nur eine Vorspeisenportion gekocht hat, aber noch jemand überraschend zum Essen kommt. Liebe Grüße Don Diego
