so good. I put salt on pepper on chicken and did flour with cornstarch and oregano. I also added a little heavy cream and parsley
I followed Ashley's suggestion about adding a little broth and some heavy cream. Cooked the mushrooms separately and thickened the sauce slightly with a slurry of cornstarch and water.
