Hearty, delicious and easy to make! Great for a cold day! (And no adjustments needed for me!)
My family and I loved it, and I am definitely making it again! Only substitute was packaged mild Italian sausage and chives instead of parsley (grocery store was out).
Substituted sweet potatoes for white potatoes. Loved it.
