Bonjour Guisador Très belle recette. Cependant, j'ai aussi mis des tranches d'ail sous la peau, puis cela devient encore plus "à l'ail". Je fais toujours cela quand la peau est présente. Merci pour la délicieuse recette. Cordialement smokey1
