Hallo Guisador Sehr schönes Rezept. Ich habe aber noch Knoblauchscheiben unter die Haut gesteckt, dann wird es noch "knobliger". Das mache ich immer, wenn die Haut dran bleibt. Danke für das leckere Rezept. LG smokey1

Vielen Dank, das ist sehr sehr gut! Das Knoblaucharoma kommt sehr sehr elegant und dabei doch bestimmt. Sicher ein großes Highlight für alle Knoblauchfans!! Ich bin nahe am Rezept geblieben, habe nur mehr Weißwein genommen dafür weniger Hühnerbrühe. ...
