La meilleure (sans parler de la plus simple) recette de moules thaïlandaises que nous avons essayée - critiques élogieuses. Ce n'est pas épicé, cependant, si vous voulez un peu de chaleur, je vous suggère de hacher 2 piments thaïlandais.
J'ai adoré. Je ne changerais rien.
Super recette. J'ai ajouté de la citronnelle et utilisé environ 5x de pâte de curry rouge, car nous aimons les plats épicés !
