Super recette ! Cela dit, il faut un peu plus de beurre et de vin. : )
La meilleure soupe de mon amie Genia que j'ai jamais mangée.
C'est incroyable! Je doublerais (ou peut-être même triplerais) le bouillon de bœuf et de poulet... ou le diluerais. Saveur très forte. Aussi, peut-être une demi-cuillère à soupe de vinaigre balsamique.
