Type de pâte ? En voyant la quantité de protéines que ce type de pâtes utilise pour sécuriser ce chiffre ?
Excellent ! Par contre j'ai pris une pâte feuilletée auchan pur beurre et ça a été très pénible a torsader (pâte qui colle au papier sulfurisé d'origine). Dans ce cas ne tartiner qu'une des deux face rend le 'torsadage' plus simple.
Toujours un plaisir à faire des feuilletées en apéritif et l'imagination est grande (pesto rouge, tapenade, crème d'anchois...)
