I have tasted very well, is sometimes a different alternative to the usual pizzaty ;)
I've been using couscous brain instead. works just as well. I found it super delicious: next time I would make the teig a bit salt or more broth. achja, I had no soy flour, just took wheat flour. I will get soy flour for the next time :) and then als...

the dough goes super fast, but have left the soy meal away and as a lay we have taken ham paprika and mais. is something different than normal pizzateig. was superlecker! photo follows. :
