Je gâche toujours le riz. J'ai omis le sel et ajouté 3,5 tasses de bouillon de poulet. C'est délicieux!!!!!!!! C'est absolument parfait.
Wow! Cette recette et cette technique sont simples mais parfaites. Je n'aurais jamais pensé à cuisiner du riz au four, mais c'est le meilleur riz que j'aie jamais fait. Mon fils et moi, nous n'avons pas pu en avoir assez.
Je l'ai refait. Cette fois avec du riz blanc préparé dans mon cuiseur à riz. J'ai d'abord fait cuire l'oignon dans le beurre/l'huile, puis je l'ai mélangé avec le riz.
