C'était vraiment génial. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai doublé la recette et j'ai fait une version viande (12 pièces) et une version végétarienne (9 pièces).
Je l'ai fait presque exactement comme la recette le disait, j'ai juste ajouté des champignons frais. Recette fantastique, merci de l'avoir partagée.
C'est vrai ! Le temps supplémentaire en vaut la peine ! Je vais peut-être juste préparer la sauce et la congeler pour la servir sur du spaghetti squash et l'accompagner de bâtonnets de pain !
