First, I use Ina Garten's Perfect Pie Crust Recipe and cut it in half for only one crustChanges to the ingredients of this pie are: 1I begin with around 19oz of potatoes.
First Baked pie ever. My neighbor said it tasted like her late mother use to make.
If I'm being totally honest.... I think I over baked the pie. I should have trusted my instincts and took it out when I thought it was ready.
