Délicieuse!!!! J'ai pêché du thon rouge dans les eaux profondes du Nigeria, j'ai suivi la recette et ajouté des ingrédients..
Comme d'autres l'ont dit, c'est vraiment une bonne marinade. J'ai également mariné pendant 2 heures au total, 1h30 au réfrigérateur et encore 30 minutes sur le comptoir avant de le mettre sur le gril.
