Ce sont sans conteste les meilleures ailes que j'ai jamais eu. C'est ma recette d'ailes préférée, elles restent croustillantes même après avoir été enrobées de sauce buffalo.
Ce ne sont pas des ailes de style Buffalo, NY. Les ailes de style Buffalo sont frites, "nues." Pas de farine.
J'ai sorti les ailes de la poêle, les ai laissées sécher pendant 3 minutes puis les ai trempées dans la sauce piquante. Ensuite, je les ai grillées pendant 3 à 5 minutes à haute température.
