L’apéritif avec une coupe de Champagne Drappier a immédiatement mis dans l’ambiance : un vrai début de repas festif. En plat, la poitrine de cochon était remarquable : viande fondante, cuisson parfaite — un vrai délice. La brandade de haddock, elle aussi, valait le détour : fine, savoureuse, et très bien assaisonnée. Pour le dessert, le baba au rhum nous a conquis, tout comme le gratin de fruits à la crème vanillée — gourmandise et douceur, parfait pour finir en beauté. Le service était chaleureux, l’ambiance conviviale et le cadre typiquement bistrot, ce qui rend le tout très agréable. En un mot : superbe déjeuner — j’ai déjà envie d’y retourner.

For the main course, the pork belly was remarkable: meltingly tender meat, perfectly cooked—a real delight. The haddock brandade was also worth trying: delicate, flavorful, and very well seasoned. For dessert, the rum baba won us over, as did the fruit gratin with vanilla cream—a sweet and indulgent treat, perfect for ending on a high note. The service was warm, the atmosphere convivial, and the setting a classic bistro, making for a very pleasant experience. In short: a superb lunch—I'm already looking forward to going back.
