"We just heard about this delivery service last week and were really excited to try them. our order was delivered this afternoon (on Sunday) and we heated it to dinner tonight. our job was pesto mushroom lasagne with a side roasted tomato soup. the lasagne had layers of pasta, mushrooms, pesto and tofu, which was aromatized with lemon subtle. topped with home made cashew cheese and roasted kiefernüsse. it was slightly dry, possibly from warming, but still really delicious. we also appreciate that it seemed like a chef designed dish, not only a veganized replica of a typical meat and tomato sauce style lasagne. the suppe was also really good, with a beautiful deep of taste and bang. this company is a great addition to the edmonton food scene. we look forward to the next order. updated by previous review on 2021-01-18"

"I have been going to Cook County for about 2 years ( I am new to Edmonton) and I have never been disappointed. I go both solo as well as with friends and it is always just as much fun. Everyone dances with everyone. Not a place where your age or what you wear matters. I am 54 and I don't wear the little dresses and cowboy boots but I still do a lot of dancing. The staff is great. Bartenders are awesome (and a few of the male ones aren't hard to look at either ). It is always safe. I have never seen a fight in the bar and coming from a small town in northern Ontario where that happened every night, that is refreshing. I love Cook and me and my friends will continue to be loyal guests. Thank you."

"The atmosphere in this place is amazing, it is a family owned cafe, the owners are awesome and so friendly, just always make you feel welcomed. i loved coming here and being recognized and even welcomed with a hug. the food i amazing. my favourite sandwich is the italian bride, it tastes so fresh and delicious you can just taste the high quality ingredients used, it is to die for! i recommend any of the desserts, the cheese cakes are so yummy!!! I love them all. if you have a chance please visit this amazing place."

"On the basis of a recommendation from a friend and they have made large smoothies with preservatives or concentrate. everything is made fresh and delicious, the dishes and hand held are all vegan as well. I tried the berry tropical smoothie and it was amazing, it tasted so fresh, I never had a smoothie this well made before."
