But it turns out, it focuses on pork. It’s too bad; I was hoping for a traditional Matsukado bento that a grandma would make. I don’t quite understand why they chose to go with Akikawa Boku-en. There are plenty of wild vegetables and other ingredients available, so I hope to see more variety in the future. I'm sorry, but I didn’t end up dining here.
I've been curious about this place for a while, and I finally went today! I tried the Mutsumi pork cutlet bowl, and it was incredibly delicious and portioned generously...
Visited on August 13, 2023, around 11:30 AM. Inside the sales area, there is a dining area where you have to pay at the register first and then sit and wait. Since there were quite a few people and all the chairs were occupied, I took a moment to look at the sunflower field next door before returning. I made my payment at 11:40 AM, got seated at 12:00 PM, and was able to start eating around 12:10 PM. The curry was filled with generous pieces of vegetables, and the miso soup had a lot of ingredients—exactly the kind of meal I love. The staff's thoughtfulness was also evident, which made for a warm and pleasant experience.
