The thick, medium curly noodles were delicious with the rich chicken broth salt soup, and it was very tasty with a good texture. The restaurant has both large tables for multiple people and private tatami seating, so dining alone may feel a little awkward. I avoided peak hours and went around 1 pm, but the restaurant was packed with customers. Fortunately, there was a free table in the tatami area. There are several menu options, so I would like to try everything.
This restaurant offers a rare style of ramen known as "keisei ramen" in the area. Unlike the typical chain stores in the Tokyo metropolitan area, the ramen here is carefully crafted and not overly seasoned.
I came to this restaurant for the first time in many years, mainly for their chicken broth ramen. However, I wanted to try their spicy miso ramen, so I had the limited edition garlic spicy miso. The soup had a double broth, with a hint of seafood flavor. It was delicious, and the spicy miso added a perfect kick to the rich soup. The noodles were medium-thick curly noodles, not too long, and had a chewy texture that paired well with the soup. The pork chashu was tender and seemed like it was made by a female chef. Next time, I will try their chicken broth ramen and Chinese noodles! Nearby, there were a few female students having lunch. It's definitely a popular spot!
