Zàn Qí うどん Bàn - 中間市

I ordered the large serving of udon noodles with meat in broth instead of bukkake style, along with two rice balls. The udon noodles were thick and chewy, and the meat was tender and well-cooked. The restaurant seemed to have a steady flow of customers coming in and out.

I am completely satisfied with this restaurant. The prices are affordable for the generous portions served. The noodles were firm and had a delightful texture. The photo shows the large portion size, and the soup had a slightly sweet flavor that I loved. The chicken tempura was incredible - with a large, crispy, juicy piece stacked on top of each other. It was hot and satisfying, and I had no complaints. I dipped it in the broth and it was even more delicious. From start to finish, the meal was filled with happiness. I will definitely come back again. The parking in front of the restaurant was easy to access. Overall, it was a perfect dining experience.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice. The staff, including the owner, seemed to be attentive to the customers. The menu had many delicious options, but I chose the warm udon and tempura. While waiting, I noticed many people enjoying tempura, so I decided to order some as well. The udon had a smooth and chewy texture. The broth was flavorful but not too strong, and it paired well with the fried food. The tempura was also light and delicious. I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again if I am in the area. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

駐車場は店の前に他店と共有で8台分ありますが停めれる確率は低くほぼ満車です。 そんな訳あってスルーが多かったのですが 讃岐を謳ううどんのコシと拘りの出汁を堪能したくて来店。 接客はとても感じが良かった。大将の一人一人に来店時とお帰りの際、声掛けされている姿勢には脱帽。 冷やしうどんは適度なコシが良かった。 香川でうどん巡りした際もコシは適度だった。 コッチで讃岐うどんと言うと顎が痛くなる程コシが強いがコシに関しては本場を忠実に再現されている。小麦の風味も良く甘めのつゆによく合っています。 温かいかけうどんはもう少し出汁が優しくて良い。塩味や醤油、出汁が単体では美味しいがうどんの風味に勝ってしまっている。 後味も残ってしまうので汁をスッキリ飲み干せる位が個人的に好きです。

評判をきいて何度か前を通りましたがいつも満車！やっと伺うことが出来ました。席に着くと熱いお茶か冷たいお水 どちらかどうぞと気のきいた接客 大将と女性の方が二名で本日は廻していました。この対応で良いお店と確信しました天丼と小うどんで850円位やったかなコスパ良いなとご飯と天ぷらの間にちぎり海苔を敷いて風味が良いです、海老天にカボチャ、さつまいも、シメジかな？後何か野菜でした、烏賊こ白身が入ったら嬉しかったけど このお値段なら妥当か！うどんは讃岐だけ有って こしが有って美味しかったですね、次回はぶっかけとか試していですね次々に出来る他のお客のが旨そうで凄く気になりましたね帰りに自家製のお出汁400何十円かな？買って帰りました。来年早い時期に伺いたい
