Panera Bread - Aberdeen

Aberdeen/southern pines location, restaurant was out of cinnamon toast crunch bagel w/ cream cheese . Fayetteville NC location, the salad had brown lettuce/greens wilted , mac and cheese was soupy no taste and the bread was down in the bag . I realize this is the norm for this restaurant, but because bread can come in contact with other items that have been placed in the bag it's not sanitary. I threw it out. Bread should be wrapped or placed in individual bag. I don't think restaurants should run out of items on the menu . When ordering salads or other healthy choices offered always check nutritional values , healthy items can sometimes have high sodium and sugar content.

It was terribly busy, had to wait on coffee? But creamer took forever. Food was very good . Seemed short staffed. Definitely go again. Ordered tonight in the drive thru in Southern Pines NC order# 1314851 and did not receive the soup bowl that is on the receipt and paid for. We noticed we arrived home. Delicious French onion soup with roast beef sandwich as a you pick 2. They always have delicious bread for a sandwich or to dip in soup! We also tried broccoli cheddar which he said was very good.
