This review will not hurt them, but fair warning for all customers if you have a problem, they have more than enough other customers who do not care to solve your.
I had a procedure yesterday and left my wallet with my ride. I didn't know until I arrived this morning to have breakfast before work. I wanted to leave the line, but the sweet boy who took my job bought my breakfast for me: something so little meant so much to me: ' I didn't get your name, but thank you!!!
My husband and I have our special needs friend for dinner here. The staff was absurdly friendly and patient with my friend, as he ordered and paid for his own meal. They were also big enough to stick to his milkshake until he finished his meal. The tables were freshly cleaned. I could say because there was still disinfection drying on the seats when we wanted to sit. The food was delicious as always, and they gave us many sauces. I find generous sauce gourmets to be a rarity today.
I usually fled to Chick-fil-A restaurants, but not anymore. The service is particularly terrible with the General Managers. I talked to Hunter. He didn't care that they had sold me a spicy chicken salad without the chicken or salad dress. They gave me salad and a cherry tomato. We received the wrong number of customer support twice. One was a fraud number that wanted our credit card number to send a gift voucher. You know that customers choose this wrong number, but this is the number that was given to us. What if we didn't know better and the number was issued. We had to repeat Mattie's number to make sure that we chose the right number because they gave us an emergency call company for the first time. These were two hands that touched my order that forgot the chicken and another one that forgot the dressing, but I'm losing because of the staff
I love the food and service. The prices not as much, and definitely not the crowds! Can't even enter the parking lot to pick up a mobile order. Had to park at Starbucks and walk in. Same at both locations near me, so I hardly get to eat here.
