After a morning spent walking up and down the slopes of the hills and vineyards of Franciacorta, we stopped to rest tasting some dishes at the Restaurant al Burnec, owned by the Uberti family. The restaurant is well-kept and offers some of the traditional dishes of the area. The menu is read by a very professional waitress, but if you want it you can read it written on a board at the entrance of the room. We were in 3 and we ordered an Antipasto of the House and a taste of Lumache; then we went to the second ordering and appreciating the Horse cut and the Maialino fillet with mixed contours of potatoes in the oven and grilled vegetables. Overall they were found of high quality and very good, all watered by the excellent wine of the local wine of the Sorelle Uberti Franciacorta. To finish the Dolce della Casa, coffee and Barolo Chinato and Moscato. The waiters are kind even if they have to run to satisfy the clientele. Amazing location that makes you forget the highway at the bottom of the parking lot, better visit the stables with farm animals and horses. Reasonable prices for quality: 50 Euro per person.
