The pasta at this restaurant is thick and tough, it would benefit from being rested longer and rolled thinner. The dishes we ordered lacked seasoning and flavor. We were not provided with utensils while dining in the hotel, making it difficult to eat dishes like pasta and beef carpaccio with our fingers.

The food was delicious and arrived early. It was marvelous and I haven't had Italian cuisine like this in a while.
