Gran Cafe' Nobel - AGRIGENTO

Took granita here. One of the worst experience through all over Sicily. Too many ice and sugar much more than have to be. And the worst service. Wi-Fi is absence here. If it’s mean.

What a lovely place. We stopped for a drink in the pavement. My wife’s Aperol Spritz she ranks as the best. My whisky well served. They brought us wonderful snacks. Service fantastic. Vittorio is a champion. (Here photographed with my wife)

Visited in the evening of 5 Nov 2013. Great value for money! Very good, attentive and friendly service by our waiter who spoke very good English !!! , surprisingly nice atmosphere with white tablecloths etc and the food it's just amazing for this price!

Very conveniently located close to the heart of Agrigento. It has a nice seating area outside that's ideal for really hot summer evenings. The cuisine is Italian with some traditional Sicilian dishes. The menu is very varied, it has everything from fresh seafood to tasty meat and traditional pasta dishes. The prices are very reasonable and the service excellent. We ended up dining there very often during our holiday because we new we would get good quality food and service, absolutely not a tourist trap like some other places close by. Highly recommended!

This trattoria was recommended by our hotel just round the corner. We found it very good I had an octopus salad which was truly excellent, and my partner had an equally good quality antipasto rustico. We tried the pizza on another day it was good, but not quite as excellent as the antipasti and pasta dishes. Overall a very good, not too expensive trattoria with good quality food and good service.
