Esperides - Agrinion

Found this place by accident when looking around our hotel for a nice place for dinner. The place itself inside the orange groove is beautiful, but also the service with very nice and funny staff together with delicious meal and reasonable prices made this experience perfect. When in Kefalonia definitely a place to go and hopefully one day we will also return!

We had a wonderful night out here. The atmosphere of this place is amazing. If you walk a bit further into the restaurant there are tables just under their orange trees, which is very romantic. They let you taste their oranges as well and these are a real treat. The waiters are very kind and funny. Yes they can be a bit much but we loved it as part as the whole vibe there, all very lovely. They are interested and entertaining, if you let them. We had the vegan moussaka and the tagliatelle with shrimps. Both were very good, especially the vegan moussaka surprised me! Then the desserts, wow. The sorbet was amazing, no added sugars, all made from their fresh oranges. The cheesecake with orange was very good too. It’s a little more expensive than other local restaurants but so very worth the money. We paid 56 Euro for 0,5l wine, bottle of water, 1 appetizer, 2 mains, 2 desserts and 2 espressos. Reasonable prices! Definitely worth a visit!

The staff in Esperidas is extremely friendly and kind. They have a large variety of nice starters, the traditional greek plate is probably the best one. For the main dish we had sea bass, chicken pasta and moussaka. Everything was tasteful and nicely prepared. There could be better dessert menu, but overall it was a great expierence. Recommended!

First class meal in lovely surroundings served by fine staff.

Absolutely superb meal, wonderful service and a lovely atmosphere. We will be revisiting in June/July this year, and the first thing I will do is make two reservations for the two Saturday evenings that we are there. Fantastic value for money too. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
