Salad was lovely and plentiful...second time we saved half of it to have with our mains. Grilled lamb and Iberian pork were excellent. Plenty meat, and a good taste. A bottle of red wine at 6 euros, and a large spacious environment, what is there not like. Both nights the bill was just over 40 euros, good value, nothing fancy about what we had, but nice food. In my review of 12 months ago, i did say the green wire fence around the outside of the restaurant was quite off putting. Surely nothing to do with my review, but great to see this has now been replaced with some clear perspex edging. Much more practical and pleasing to the eye.
Ate here twice on our recent visit and both times had a good experience. Very Spanish clientele and staff. We had grilled meats, salad, beers and bottles of red wine (at 5 euros a bottle! . All was very good, and service was fine. Average price for ours was 35 euros, which was great value. Restaurant on the beach, but a rather weird walk across to it, also eating inside is probably a nicer experience as the outside wall has a green wire fence running round it, which is a bit off putting. Good grub and wine at a good value.
We ordered kid's goat to eat and only bones came ... amazing how they can charge 17 € for a meal that could only be served to be an appetizer (with luck). For this price they would eat in Spain in a buffet until they do not have stomach for more! A meal that you can not even give a dog because he would be hungry. I have photos to prove.
