My family and I love Firehouse Subs, we love that they support our firefighters and the food is great. So we came this afternoon and we ordered our food and the lady in the register told us that we were out of the salad and she asked if we were okay before we paid. I'm not very picky about my food and yes I can do without salad, but how hard it is to drive to one of the ten local grocery stores or Walmart in the area and get several heads of salad to make it through the day and imagine that this would have enjoyed a good customer service, then my sandwich and all the other moats that have eaten at Firehouse today.
I put an order online and when I came to pick it up, I wasn't greeted with a hell of a hell of a hell of a place or something. They seemed more interested in talking to a man who either worked there or simply stopped saying hello, but nevertheless I had to say something before someone realized that I was there. It's bad enough that we run out nice places to eat or pick up food, but now Firehouse on Whiskey rd works in this way.wow, and think one of the nice staff previously asked me to download the app for a better online experience. Well, this experience has just killed this opportunity, sorry to say I will delete the app and share my experience with others.
I haven't been in a fire department store for so long. So excited to get it today, I order a sub with salad. Guess what they forget to wear it? I mean, come with people. It doesn't matter if you say it to their faces or write it up for them, fast food workers get NOTHING right, except stealing your money. You need a college degree today to turn a burger, that's ridiculous. The country clubs in Woodside are just the only places worth eating in aiken. They are the only places where they do their jobs. The food industry in America is obviously no longer present. Scratch another business from the list.
