Excellent fresh made ice cream. Huge selection of flavors. They have new flavors of the month that have to be tried. Prices are reasonable. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. The good news is that they are open year round.

Great ice cream! Ore-dough is the best! The birthday cake is super sweet. Salted caramel pretzel is good. Cones are big and delicious. Free vanilla baby cones are about the size of your finger! Your two year old might want a bigger cone ! No bathrooms available which can be hazardous with small kids! Make sure to bring some baby wipes! ????????

Great ice-cream and dogster. We were in line for a little bit. Didn't mind because everyone loved on my girl (German Shepherd) Lulu. She sat so patient. We got up to the window and she stood up to look in. Never put her paws on counter. It was the best night.

ICE CREAM IS DELICIOUS but service is severely lacking. The inside team acts as if no one?s waiting in line, and moves like molasses. Four simple orders for our family, three got scooped, then the gal went to pack a double pint of some random flavor. A few minutes more, and a different gal finally scooped some Grand Central Station and took payment. No napkins, no receipt. With 25 people in line, and 6 people inside service should be a breeze. Not even a ?I can help who?s next in line? as a greeting? We?ll make the trip to the Stow location from now on.

Even when it is crowded the employees are always friendly and handle their customers with a smile. Best ice cream in the area with SO many choices.
