Birds And Burgers - Alabaster

Tried to call and let everyone know how good the burger was and sweet potato fries. Awsome. Keep doing what your doing!

I'm not sure if the management has changed but the service has and the quality of the food has. I ordered grilled chicken bites and when I get home they gave me fried ones. The young lady at the window is nonchalant and not welcoming and the same for the husky guy who brought me my order. I should have checked before I moved but I never did have to in the past.

I can't say enough, this place was one of the worst we ate at on a 5000 mile trip. The chicken was dry, portions were small for the prices and the person working the counter wasn't very friendly.

When my wifeTRIED talking to management (Jeff), he was very sarcastic and rude….something Tyre Stuckey should be aware of for training management purposes. Wife’s hamburger was good, however, my chicken sandwich not so much. Not worth the money!! When wife told Jeff we wouldn’t be back, he replied “you don’t have to!”-are you listening people as well as Tyre??!! Just because you think you have ‘good’ food, without good customer service/management doesn’t mean you’re going to continue to succeed! Tyre, you don’t seem to be an owner that would appreciate this kind of treatment! Just saying!

Prices on drive thru were not adjusted to price increase. It was posted that hamburger $10.35(includes side and drink). Apparently they decided to increase their prices and ‘barely got the new menu posted inside.” Decide for yourself if you want to do business with them! We won’
